Wapsie Valley Creamery, Inc. (Wapsie) is a family-owned business which manufactures cheese, lactose, and whey products at its Independence, Iowa processing plant.

In 1921, we formed the Land O’Lakes Dairy Co-op with the belief that we’re better when we work together. Today, we’re more than 1,700 dairy farmers strong.
